Before access begins

Where a statutory change-of-mind right applies, the buyer can withdraw within the applicable period until they expressly request immediate delivery and access begins.

After immediate access

Once the buyer has given the required express consent and the product library becomes available, the change-of-mind withdrawal right ends. This does not affect rights where a film or guide is faulty, inaccessible or materially misdescribed.

If something is wrong

Reply to the Gumroad receipt with the purchase email, the affected filename, the device being used and a short description of the problem.

Approved refunds

Approved refunds return through Gumroad to the original payment method. Bank processing times vary and sit outside the site's control.
